Staff friendly, professional, and very helpful. The location was great for us although at times it was difficult to make the turn either in or out. My only complaint would be the very high prices on[More]

There were several of us staying in different rooms at this hotel, and we were all pleased with the comfort and cleanliness of our rooms. All rooms were large and had clean, nicely equipped[More]
bathrooms. We especially appreciated the small kitchen areas, which had mini-fridges, microwaves, coffee makers and sinks.
The beds were comfortable, with good mattresses and pillows. Linens and towels were clean and of good quality.
The free breakfast buffet was quite good, with a nice selection of eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurt, fruit, pancakes, breads and pastries, coffee, tea, and juices.
There were a few negatives - hallway noise was considerable, and I needed earplugs on the weekend evenings. I think there might have been an elephant in the room above mine. Internet speed was rather slow and when the hotel was full, internet access was somewhat spotty. Finally, the fitness machines in the exercise room were not in good condition. The elliptical resistance did not work at all, and the treadmill was a bit rough.
Staff were generally friendly and helpful. There was one woman who seemed to be a bit lazy - two of us wanted to extend our stay during the week, and she acted as if it were a major hassle for her, even though the hotel was not half-full. [Less]
