From check in through departure, I felt the Hospitality Promise from every member of the team. The property has a SUPER location (but the entrance is easy to miss). The Internet service in the lobby[More]
areas works very well, but the wireless in my room on the 6th floor didn't work with reliability. But I wouldn't let that keep me from staying at this property again. [Less]
I will always lodge at Staybridge because their hotels are typically uniform in appearance. I love being able to get a suite with a kitchen and living room area for the same price as a hotel that[More]
doesn't offer one. I think it's a good value. This location wasn't my favorite in terms of access (right off of a one way frontage road), but in the end, it was really easy for me to get to my destination because the on ramp to Texas 249 was right next to the hotel. I was disappointed that my suite didn't have the bedroom in a separate room with doors that you could close. Also, the internet was extremely slow at night, so I didn't really use it. It was faster just to use the connection through my phone. Despite this, my overall stay was good. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling in the area. [Less]
The room was clean, quiet and well appointed. The bed and pillows were surprisingly comfortable. The grounds and facilities were appealing, and the breakfast was pretty good, considering. But the[More]
in-room coffee was the best I've ever had.
I always look forward to that first cup of coffee in the morning, but am usually less than enthusiastic about what comes out of the in-room coffee maker. I don't know who Holiday Inn buys their coffee from, but I'd be willing to drink it at home, too. [Less]
