I stayed with the hotel on new year's day to the 3rd as well as 8-10 Jan after a short detour to Niseko. I would recommend staying here if you're in Sapporo for business or pleasure. e main JR Sapporo statoin and the huge mall above it is a 20min walk away - on street level or snugly below ground via the Pole Town underground mall/tunnel.
