We love that it is within Glorietta - there are so many food and activities options! I particularly appreciate that the room and bathroom are very clean! It feels like home. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Location Accessibility to the mall is what made me choose this hotel over other hotels in the area. Breakfast buffet spread exceeded my expectation. Management may want to consider testing the key cards before handing them over to the guest to ensure that these are working, and to increase the number of staff at the coffee shop during peak hours of breakfast. Our room also did not have the menu for room service. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back soon. 18 February 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Experience at Holiday Inn Makati Overall this was a good hotel. It is in a good neighborhood in the Glorietta Mall. It is connected to the mall so it is very easy to jump from one mall to the next. The staff is amazing, and they are always helpful and greeting you all the time. The rooms are quite large and the beds are very comfortable. I was on a business trip and i think for the money it is good value. The only negative are the elevators, you have to sometimes wait a long time. The roof-deck is amazing even though not a lot of people there. I only used the pool once. The drinks are good as well. 09 February 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly elevator sttaff My husband was feeling sick and the elevator staff called for the hotel nurse immediately. As it was night time, the nurse offered to go to Mercury himself to buy the medicine my husband needed. Felt the concern from every one who was there. The next day the elevator guys asked how my husband was feeling. Good to know they are concerned. 09 February 2015
