Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel Good location in the Dojima area. Shuttle to Osaka Station every half an hour. Food and drinks everywhere around the hotel. Convenience stores too. Great service, especially the shuttle bus drivers. They should be commended for being on time almost 100%, providing great service and braving the cold. 17 December 2014

The lounge in the 2nd floor makes a big difference with the food/drinks and the personnel serving at the lounge - definitely makes my stays more comfortable. 02 December 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great stay - convenient shuttle I had doubts before booking this hotel as it wasn't too close to public transport options. I was pleasant surprised that the walk from the closest subway station was shorter than I thought (about 8 minutes) and that the shuttle service to Osaka station was quick and efficient. As a platinum member I received an upgrade to the exec floor, and loved the stunning view over Umeda. The room was adequately sized, and I appreciate the amenities that aimed to help sleeping. Breakfast at exec lounge was decent with good number of choices. Staff were all courteous even if not everyone spoke perfect English. I had a parcel sent to the hotel, and reception didn't seem to know if it had arrived although when I went up it had already been delivered to my room directly. Can't ask for much more. 02 December 2014
