Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable Sleep Convenient to Transportation Room made for very comfortable sleep. Even though some neighbors were noisy over the weekend. Bed was comfortable. Room was promptly cleaned every day. Laundry service though expensive (which is normal) was quick and done well. Food offered at dinner was dried out the two times I tried it via the alacart option. Nearness to the Metro, Taxi services, and Airport limo/bus made getting around very easy. 06 November 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst Hygiene In my 11 Days Stay i found following things which are unhygienic and disappointing.. 1) Washbasin was choked up twice - water clogged when i try to brush. it’s disgusting. 2) Toilet Commode - I flushed and water all came out of Commode. it was so Unhygienic.. Even low class motels maintain good sanitation, but such big hotel like ANA , it’s just not acceptable. I travel for business a lot and never had such crazy experience. My company (Lenovo) recommended me this hotel. Very bad ... How can toilet / washbasin gets clogged every other day.. 3) For newspaper i was told since i am IHG reward member i will get for Free every day. I never got it. I always have to call them to ask and request for it... 28 October 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Great Service Flight was delayed for 7 hrs overnight due to recent typhoon. Concierge was very helpful and patient in trying to book hotel room to stay overnight despite there was queue for her service. 23 October 2014
