I usually stay at the Staybridge - good value, convenient to airport, courteous and helpful staff. I specifically stay to board an early morning flight, rather than drive an hour in the morning to get to the airport by 5:30am. This last time, as well as the last time I was here 4 months ago, the early shuttle did not arrive. Both times it was scheduled the day before, so plenty of time for communication between the hotel and the shuttle service. Both times the shuttle was scheduled to arrived @ 5:15am. Last time the hotel staff called a taxi in order to address the issue.This last time the driver stated he had experienced this issue on his end 3 previous times! This issue is really key. I hope they address this as it has apparently been going on for a while! Other than that, good experience ~

We were looking for a relaxing, comfortable, reasonable place to spend a long week-end and definitely found it with this location. The front desk personnel, without exception, were courteous, helpful, professional and accommodating to our every need and always nice. We can only say that we achieved when we chose this facility. The room was large, comfortable, clean and quiet. Even though it's close to the airport, we didn't hear the planes. The food was delicious and prepared well. Lots of choices too. We will most definitely stay here again. Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, bath linens clean and fresh...........what more could you ask for from a hotel??? Loved the experience!!!

This was a great place for a family to stay. There are five in our family. We have a 19,15 and 8 year old. That means four adult size people. We normally have to get two hotel rooms when we travel but this was perfect! It was very clean, spacious, comfortable beds, breakfast was good, loved having a small kitchen and alot cheaper than two rooms.
We will be staying at Staybridge again.

Whenever I pass through Albuquerque, I stay at this hotel. It is comfortable, convenient and friendly. I have a small dog and there is ample property on which to walk him. The rooms are quiet. In the summer, my granddaughters use the pool. The breakfasts are very good and have a variety of choices. I won't stay any place else unless this hotel is full.

The service was great and the complimentary breakfast had a wide selection to choose from. The rooms were nice and the price was great too. I would stay there again.

Stayed here during the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta. This was a great location for proximity to the fiesta and close to everything. The rooms were nice, but are in need of a little bit of updating. Breakfast was poor. Each morning I had to ask for refills of everything. There were not enough people working the breakfast bar and consequently everything was empty, including silverware, condiments and eggs, etc. The evening before our flight home we were trying to sleep and the floor above us had somebody stomping or jumping in the room or somewhere on that floor. Could have been up and down the halls because we had two rooms at opposite ends of the floor and we all heard this. I called down to the front desk and they said they would call and take care of it. 1/2 hour later it continued so I called again. The answer I got was that they called and the room directly above ours said that they had just gotten in so it couldn't have been them. At this point I feel the management should have walked up to that floor to see what was going on after I made two calls and I suggested this, but never really got an answer. Instead this stomping and jumping continued for longer than an hour. I also said something on my way out the door the following morning when asked how our stay was and I just kind of got a shrug from the front desk clerk. That situation was not handled properly. Guests should not have to listen to noise like that when they are trying to sleep at night. I might stay there again mainly because we like the two bedroom suites that are available and this might have been an isolated incident. However I do not feel that things were handled properly and I did not see anybody for the three nights we were there that had a name tag on that said manager. Seems like no one in particular was in charge.

Our stay was fine,we stayed just one night. I do think the evening reception shoud be every night. We did not receive a thing as a priority member.
