From the staff, especially Amy, to the rooms, to the breakfast it is so perfect. My only regret is my daughter will be graduating and we will probably not be back. I hope all staybridge locations are like this one. April 29, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed The breakfast bar was very good. There was a lady that helped in this area on Friday morning that was amazing. We all tipped her. I was disappointed though with the hotel otherwise. I was in charge of making hotel reservations for 11 people. After reading reviews and doing research I selected this hotel. We booked 4 rooms, two of which were 2 bedroom suites, one was a 1 bedroom suite, and the other just your normal room. When we arrived I found out the pool and spa were closed, something I felt all the guests could use if they desired for our 4 day early spring stay. Had I known this I would have selected another hotel, since this is one of the luxuries you pay for; there was no reduction in the fee for the rooms. We went to our room (one of the 2 bedroom suites) it had a strange odor, which lasted our whole stay. I felt the room was clean, but certainly not over the top clean. It was a well used room. One of the chairs was so well used it had a hole in the upholstery. We all kept our shoes on while in the room because it just didn't give a real clean feel to it. The people that stayed in the 1 bedroom suite mentioned they used baby wipes to wipe down their room, headboard and all. No one in the group had anything really good to say about their room. Since we have been in many hotels over the last couple of years I must say we have better stays elsewhere. March 17, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Christmas stay EVery Christmas is quiet at the Staybridge. They called us ahead to tell us the pool & hot tub were out of service. No problem we said. we were staying with our 2 dogs in a two bedroom, spacious unit. Patsy was at the sleep inn this year for the breakfast buffet so we missed her Mrs. Claus outfit. a low-key gentleman was present instead. My husband complained the bread was stale in the buffet and he didn't think the food was as good as last year. My breakfast was fine. Fresh fruit and cottage cheese & yogurt for me. the truck company next door is silent for the holiday so that isn't a problem during Christmas. The unit seemed clean and it is great to have a full sized frig and plenty of room. It isn't cheap but it beats the alternatives. (staying in a small bed at the relatives). :-) January 2, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Lovely We were here for 2 nights. Our stay was great all around. We stayed in a studio suite, it wasn't large but had everything that was needed and was cozy. The bathroom could use a bit of an update, but it was clean. We stayed in a smoke free area but as you went closer to the elevator you could smell smoke in the hall. The breakfast was super and we even had a managers reception evening for our supper one evening! Highly recommend this property December 12, 2012
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Thanksgiving weekend visit We have stayed before and had great rooms. This trip over Thanksgiving weekend, we found that carpeting was not well vacuumed, especially at edges. The bathtub did not drain properly, causing a nasty stain in the tub. After arriving back at the hotel at midnight on Thanksgiving day, we found that our toilet did not flush! November 29, 2012
