My first time in this hotel and will definitely return when I am next in the area. The staff could not do enough for me, and the location allowed me to walk to numerous restaurants, Walgreens etc. I thoroughly recommend this hotel, by far the best hol inn express I have stayed in and one of the best IHG's, and I have stayed in a few.

Showed up at 12:30 and my room and package I sent ahead was waiting. Standard Holiday Inn express - clean, comfy bed, and decent breakfast. Priority Club treat is always welcome. Person at front desk on arrival was very nice.

I have stayed at this location several times over the past few years and it has always been decent. The only recurring issue I recall is you never know if the internet will be working or not. My most recent stay was just after Christmas and while I did notice when booking that the cancellation policy had been changed to 18:00 the day prior instead of the day of, which made no difference to my trip, no mention was made that they were not serving the hot breakfast until I arrived to check in. The reason - not enough guests. I had to leave 45 minutes earler to stop off somewhere for breakfast in order to make my meeting on time. Not the end of the world, but also not what I was expecting.

We enjoyed our stay at the Alpharetta,Ga Holiday Inn Express. The room rate was very good. The staff was friendly. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The location was close to all the good eating places. Highly recommend this hotel.

This was my first stay at a Holiday Inn Express. I have to say I will not be booking with Holiday Inn again.
The first thing I noticed upon entering my room was the musty smell.....not terrible, not terrific. Although the property advertises free wireless internet, it did not work at any time during my stay. Additionally, the wireless instruction card in the room referred to a network name that wasn't eveb in the list of networks, so the information was clearly outdated. The clock worked but the alarm did not - it would buzz if your finger was on the button and stop once you lifted it off. The microwave oven in the room did not work. One morning guests arose to find that the water had been shut off at the hotel due to a plumbing issue in the kitchen.
On a positive note, although my room was located near the elevator, it was quiet. The linens and towels were clean and the room was kept well stocked with soap, shampoo, etc. The breakfast was certainly adequate and varied, although the pancake maker was out of order during my stay. The fitness center was very good. The staff was friendly.

I was very impressed with the attention to detail by the staff. From the Reception Desk to the Wait Staff to the House Cleaning Staff they were all friendly and attentive to all my needs.
Being a small business owner I have to watch the budget very closely and I feel that my money was well spent and I feel I received a great value for my stay.

Excellent location and value. There's not a lot of options around that area of Suwanee, GA so it's great that this hotel is here and a good value.
