We love staying here. It's sort of our home away from home as we've stayed here so many times. Staff is professional, knowledgable, and friendly.

I always get worried when picking HIE from our corporate travel site...sometimes you get one in a scummy part of town next to a Hardee's for food. Not this place...it's a couple of mile off of the highway, but nice, newer and in a quieter location. The Applebee's was just down the block so food and beverages were not far off. My only complaint was that there were no (GASP!) cinnamon rolls at breakfast. The cook was whipping up some eggs but usually every HIE I've stayed at had the rolls always going. I was in a hurry to catch a flight so I didn't bother asking..I figured if they weren't already heating, they weren't gonna be ready.
But, there you go. Nice place, great value. Recommended.
Oh yeah...no recognition for Priority Club members, bu tI'm modest so no worries.

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Staff was friendly, room was clean, fresh sheets and towels. I did get an upgrade because I was a Platinum Member. I will stay here again on my next trip.

This was my second stay in less than two months. The staff was as friendly and efficient as ever. Due to my own schedule, I did not eat breakfast at the hotel, but I am sure their selections are as varied and as tasty as every other HIExpress.
The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I always feel like I can relax when I stay at an HIExpress.

We had requested an early Check-in months prior to our arrival when we made the reservations as we had a wedding to get ready for that afternoon. I called twice the week prior to arriving and was told that we could check in around 12-1. We got to the hotel and were told the prior people occupying our room had requested a late check-out, and that the housekeeping staff was all at lunch and our room would not be ready until 3p.m., which was inconveniencing us extremely to be able to make it to the wedding on time. The front desk person then proceeded to tell me that the people who requested the late check-out were Priority Club Members (as are we as well), so that did not set well with me at all. Everything just started off on the wrong note. The room was not the cleanest, the ironing board was lop-sided and I had to go to Housekeeping and request another one. So all in all, I would give our stay at this facility about a 4 or 5.

The breakfast was really good. The cinnamon rolls were to die for!!! The room was very clean and the staff was very nice. We were even able to get into our room a little earlier than 3pm.

Holiday Inn in Andover, KS offers a nice location with quiet and clean rooms. I have never been disappointed in my cross-country treks when I have stayed here.
The restaurant offers the usual breakfast bar with eggs/bacon/toast/bagels/fresh fruit. Good coffee and juice.
Just wish the price were $10.00 less per room per night?

Was an enjoyable stay. The room was quiet and comfortable. The towels and wash clothes were unbelievably soft. Will stay again.
