Have stayed at this hotel site several times in the past and always it our first choice. Although the entire staff is very pleasant and very helpful, would like to commend "Jamie" who has been there
every since we have been staying in Antigo. She is like an "old" friend, always cheerful and still very professional. We look forward to our next stay and reconnecting with Jamie.

The room smelt bad, like dirty laundry. Housekeeping was poor, coffee pot was not cleaned each morning, and the staff forgot to replenish bathroom soaps.
On the lighter side - the room was spacious and the internet worked well. The staff was also friendly

Location, beauty and hospitality are great. It was next door to where the wedding reception was being held

Check in was great as person at counter enthusiastic with greeting and local offerings as well as breakfast hostess tried to insure all offerings available and we could find what we needed, room comfort good, however pool a disappointment. We look looking forward to a dip following a long day however pool very cold and had to wait for staff to bring fresh towels. This was my 2nd visit to this hotel and will try again in the near future.

Looks like a newer property. Plenty of places to eat around it plus shopping options. I would definitly stay here again. Breakfast typical of a HI Express. I loved the automatic pancake machine though!!

It is difficult to find pet friendly hotels and this hotel far exceeds expectations! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Originally I had a third floor room and when they found out I had dogs they suggested a first floor room with a patio door to make those late evening bathroom runs much easier. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, the breakfast provides lots of choices. The value of the money spent is well worth it. Great hotel, great service, great stay! Highly recommend!
