Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Below Average I have stayed at numerous Candlewood locations and found this location to be lacking and below average. Staff seemed indifferent to our needs. Floors in the room were dirty when we checked in with a reservation. The pool was promoted as a great amenity on the website and was closed during our stay. No recognition for being a Platinum Member. February 26, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Place to Stay - Lots of Room I would recommend this to families or business travelers as there is a lot of room amenities and is very conveniently located. The cupboard was a great touch to grab anything you might need 24 hours a day. I will be staying here again if I am in the area. December 4, 2012
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not bad but not excellent either The front desk staff were friendly and nice, the rooms were comfortable with the exception of the heat\air thermostat that continuously run non-stop heating and cooling the place that made us unconformable and even sick in the mornings. The fridge was very loud and had to unplug it. We came in to the room on the second day to find out that our room was not cleaned up and had 1 large clean towel left. This was chocking because when we left the room that morning, the hotel maid was right next door picking things from her cart. We exchanged hellos and went-on our way. The hotel maid knew that there were occupants in that room and should have added towels, at the least. The third day, I was waken up by loud Alarm sound that one of the resident has confidently triggered when she forget a toast in the toaster. I don't fault the hotel for this at all, but it made my stay less comfortable. That day, my wife and I decided to check out early... November 30, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Accommodating staff nice location The Candlewood Suites in Ardmore is a comfortable, very clean and accommodating residence hotel. I spent a month as a guest while on business in Carter County. After some issues with the initially assigned room I was assigned a different room that became my home for the remainder of my stay. Staff is extremely friendly and area savy with an eagerness to assist. I would (and HAVE) recommend the CWS in Ardmore. October 27, 2012
