We came to Auburn to move my daughter into an apartment for Auburn's Summer Session and we stayed overnight and the hotel was nice and the check-out was easy!

We found the hotel very clean and quiet and the complimentary breakfast was great with many options. The coffee was especially delicious. The price was also a bit steep for the area in our opinion (coming from the DC Metropolitan area). The only problem we had was the wake up calls we requested two days in a row never came. Thankfully we had set our cell phones to wake us or we would have missed the two events (one being our daughter's college graduation and the second being our flight home) we came for. Otherwise and all around great hotel with very helpful, pleasant and professional staff.

The check in/out experience was very easy. The rooms were very clean and when I called for assistance in the fitness room, someone was there to assist within minutes.

We had a great room at the Holiday Inn Express on College Street in Auburn, AL. The breakfast was excellent. The beds were comfortable. The Staff including Stormy at the front desk and the lady who kept the breakfast area did a very good job seeing that every need was met. We would stay there again and highly recommend it to others.

We have stayed at this hotel in Auburn for several years now, on football weekends and just when we are visiting. The hotel is very clean and rooms are nice. The breakfast has several good choices--especially the cinnamon rolls! The staff is always very friendly and very helpful. They make you feel right at home. Would recommend this hotel to everyone.

They do many things well that are annoying about other hotels:
bathroom lighting - good
air conditioning compressor - quiet
refrigerator - present and quiet
tv - lots of stations
internet - wireless and no problems - was able to watch missed TV show easily
breakfast selection about the same as others, nice large room
nice people at front desk
definitely recommended

The biscuits were the best of any HI express ever. The entier staff was always friendly and greeted me at every passing in the hall or lobby. Blake was especially nice and friendly when we arrived. Love this place.

This is a solid HI Express. The rooms are clean, well organized, the staff was also extremely nice and helpful. The hotel is less than a mile from the interstate and maybe 5 minutes from Downtown or the university.
I was greeted as a platinum member and given a freebie gift bag (bottled water, snack, etc...). I also really liked the managers reception each night where they gave you free soda's, water, or up to 3 beers/wine drinks. They also had a light snack each night (chips and salsa, pretzels).
Breakfast was efficient, plenty of seating, and had all the standard HI Express options.
The front desk was helpful in loaning me a cell phone charger as I forgot to pack mine as well. Thank you!
In summary, I will stay here again if in the area.
