Hi,
First let me comment that the hotel is great, excellent location, great rooms and very friendly atmosphere.
Breakfast is amazing, one of the best I ever had.
as for the executive lounge, its a bit disappointing considering the room cost. the happy hour is very nice arranged, colorful items and tasty. but to my opinion, the items which are suggested are less than what is given in other similar hotels and I would expect it to be a bit more.
Beside of that, all the rest was great

we enjoyed the warm welcome from all the staff (from the people at the entry door, to concierge and front desk people).
Rooms have great view and the swimming pool at the terrace was just a great experience.

This is one hotel that serves great breakfast. My day was definitely lifted to a new high with a sumptous breakfast that is unlike most of the other hotels that I attended.
I love the fresh fruits and bread section which I always head for first in my breakfast venture and the sunny side up was done perfectly - smoething that is so simple and yet so difficult !
Really looking forward to my next breakfast in Bangkok - another reason to come here !

Good location. Well connected. Excellent shopping and eating joints at walking distance.
Well appointed rooms, friendly and helpful staff.
Great breakfast menu, though vegetarian options restricted.
State of art gym and nice spa.
Smooth check in and check out. Good conferencing facilities.

The menu of the breakfast of a restaurant was excellent and an employee are well considerate, such as clearing up of the unclean plate, table setting of an egg dish, etc.

Since my previous visit last year, i was extremely impressed with my experience at the Intercontinental Bangkok. The club has improved 3 fold and i couldn't have asked for better service. My colleague and i had a great time, we will definitely be returning. Thank you for your great accommodation.

Wonderful 5D4N stay in this hotel for the first time.
There is no doubt that their service level is always at the highest level from the conceirge to the check in staff to the restuarant staff.
Conceirge Staff will ensure they get you a cab that will go by meter reading
Check in staff ensure your room is ready when you arrive. I was check in immediately when arrive at 11am within 5mins.
Bathroom amentities looks very small bottle, but when use it, it smell very nice and smoothing.
Location is very good as close to MRT and shopping centers
Some Improvement needed which includes
1) digital air-con thermostat, current analog thermostat difficulty to see and achieve comfort cooling
2) Some furniture looks quite old, some makeover may need to be carried out, especially at the bathroom
3) There are many stairs to get into the hotel lobby from the drop off point, it will be ncie to have a ramp for baby pram to push up
4) Expand the food variety for the breakfast menu will be nice
Overall, It is a very nice stay and I will definitely be back again for the service, location and cleanliness.
