Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed The room was specious and clean. However the central air was not working, it only giving cold air. The shower head was broken but adequate hot water. The breakfast was in poor taste and not enough food. May 7, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by nice quiet place In general, the hotel is o.k, the room wasn't bad and the service was ok. Breakfast was boring, every day the same with rarely any vegetables or fruits served. The worst thing was the location which was 20 minutes away from city center by train. Overall, our stay in the hotel was enjoyable and I wouldn't mind staying there one more time. April 29, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Strict minimal Staff very kind, room FURNITURE OK, although the 20 years old TV deserves a change. Location is far from great. Finding a restaurant at a walking distance is a true challenge. True problem was air conditioning. Some fan would start but that is all: only the noise was there. And the windows are locked. Finally I HAD TO PAY MORE FOR THE ROOM TO GET MY BONUS POINTS. THIS WAS OUTRAGEOUS !!! completely out of IHG standards April 16, 2013

Una gran eleccion,las habitaciones amplias y comodas para 4 personas, todo muy limpio,el desayuno basico pero muy bien, tampoco se puede pedir mucho mas para ser gratis y como colofon final el personal muy agradable y atento. De nada servía que fuera Priority Platinum, de hecho me ofrecieron anotarme para darme una hora de internet gratis... la habitación no tiene la cortesía de te o café El personal de recepción no fue amable, no está instruido y no le interesa trabajar. A dos empleados les fui a pedir los códigos de internet y lo primero que decían era "que tenía que pagar", siendo que venía de 5 Holiday sin pagar, ya sea por el hotel en si o por ser Platinum Al ser platinum queda claro que estuve en muchos Holidays en los últimos años, y aseguro que nunca me atendieron tan mal. Si voy a un Holiday es porque tengo asegurado un standard de atención de servicio y de habitación. Esta es la primera vez que no sucede. Agradezco a Patricia que en mi checkout si revisó bien mi cateogría de socio y remedió la falta total de ganas de trabajar de los otros February 24, 2013
