So refreshing after our long HOT drive thru the AZ desert!
Crossed into CA, with temps 103...few hours later pulled into HIX
In Beaumont...cool 79 degrees! Walked our dogs ouside,enjoyed the beautiful flowers and grounds of Holiday Inn!

The room we had was pleasantly more than expected; very spacious with a pull out couch in addition to the two beds. Not even a hint of wear anywhere in the room.The breakfast area was very large with lots of tables so that you have no difficulty getting a place to sit. The breakfast menu is standard Holiday Inn Express which is why we only rated it good rather than excellent as it did not have any special additions to select from. However that should be looked upon as quite nice though. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

My Friends and I stayed at this hotel together for a friends wedding. I guess it was "golf season" also and people were playing golf in their rooms at 1:30am it was ridiculous. We had to ask for extra towels and extra shampoo and conditioner several times even though we requested it. It was not the best experience.

The hotel is right next to the freeway and is very loud, all night long, I kept waking up. I asked the front desk about it, and they said my room was one of the quietest! I asked about the hospitality gaurentee, and they said I'd have to talk to a manager, it was the weekend, so they called me back Monday and offered me 2,000 Priotiy Club points, which is not enough for one night, let alone two nights. Not a good hotel if you like a quits night rest.

We have stayed in many Holiday Inn Express. This bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Very surprising based on others we have stayed in.

As a Platinum member, this property is far and away the best Express I have stayed in. The staff is super friendly and attentive. The property is well maintained. Its hard for me to count all the little personal touches that make my stays here more comfortable and restful.

The hotel and room was very clean, with a very nice and convenient surrounding area. We wanted to be close to shopping outlets, yet in a nice hotel such as this with a very reasonable rate.
The room was just great, having two Queen beds and a separate sitting area with sofa, table, and chairs. It had everything we needed and we would stay again.
