Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service/Atmosphere My family and I stayed at this Holiday Inn for a baseball tournament in Beaumont. We were very pleased with how nice this hotel was. The Atrium was beautiful and the waterfall really was a very cool feature. The rooms were very comfortable and every employee we came in contact with was very helpful. We will be staying at this hotel for sure again in the future. April 29, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by hotel room I was unhappy about the check in time. Over the phone less than 24hr before my arrival I was told check in was at 1pm. So I planned my travel time according but when I arrival at the hotel I was told it was at 4pm. I had to sit in the parking lot 3hrs. The staff was not sorry at all. My hotel temperature was uncomfortable. I set the thermostat to 58 and the room was still warm all night and the staff couldn't help. I've stayed at many hotel by Holiday Inn and this was the first unhappy experience I've had. April 26, 2013
