Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great location and comfortable room I have stayed at this hotel several times for business trips and pleasure. The rooms are nice and the location of the hotel is great. My only complaint is that the morning breakfast staff are never fully prepared for the early risers who eat at 6:00. The egg, pancake/waffle cooks don't seem to get going until almost 7:00. I would recommend and will personally stay again. May 16, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Definitely a Class A Hotel My very short, one-night stay was a complete success. I was seeking a western hotel with the "comforts of home." The hotel provided those comforts. I was delighted to learn that it was not totally western, as it sported a Chinese restaurant. My son and I ate there, and were more than pleased with the selection and quality of the food. A good comment from him, as he has lived in China for 12 years, eaten at Chinese restaurants thousands of times. I heartily recommend this establishment. May 12, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by very poor The only good thing about the hotel is location. My upgrade to the club floor did not include lounge access so the upgrade was meaningless. This was my second visit here and I will never stay at this or any IHG hotel in Beijing again. May 8, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel and friendly staff I stayed at the hotel for two nights with my friend. I do not think the rooms were as comfortable as other hotels I have stayed at in Beijing. It was a nice, large standard room not so clean everywhere. Especially not in the bathroom. There were only a bathtub, no shower. The Air con in the room did not work which meant that there was very hot and bad air quality in the room. At one point it smelled of cigarette smoke in the room. (it was a non-smoking room). Very long way to the elevators from our room. I do not think the location of the hotel was optimal for sightseeing in Beijing. I would not stay at this hotel again. Because of the location and quality of the room. The breakfast buffet was good but not excellent. There was both Chinese and Western food. The staff were nice and friendly, english speaking. I asked for a fan for my room, which housekeeping promptly delivered. This made the room very comfortable and I was able to catch up on much needed sleep. The breakfast buffet was also great!
