Toilet would not stop running. Told someone said he had a man who who would fix it went away for the day he did not fix it. Or he didn't know how so it was a annoyance.

The hotel and staff make my stays for work a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I love the Wednesday nights when the hotel provides free beer, wine, and food for us guests. It is very nice to be able to relax in the lobby and enjoy the complimentary beverages and food. The staff interacts with us during these Wednesday nights and it is a very enjoyable experience.

Outstanding hotel. Great staff, including when I discovered one handout for the next day's meeting had not been copied. Front desk staff made copies so that I could be prepared. Breakfast was also excellent!

As always I stay with Holiday Inn 4 Nights a week they are awsome with there quest The rooms are ALWAYS clean and the staff is always great. Thanks Holiday Inn for a great stay.

I arrived late and was tired. The entrance light in my room was dim but became brighter as it was left on longer (CFL?). What I really liked was the light colored, laminate flooring which made the room seem bigger and made it seem very clean.
Sicne it is a newer hotel I was given the McDonald's address to use for my GPS. I could see the hotel when I got off the exit but even with the GPS it was a bit difficult to get to the hotel. A sign at the road is recommended.
Front desk staff seemed to really appreciate my compliment regarding the room.

We would stay here again. Beds and pillows were great. It is the first time I experienced hardwood floors instead of carpeting. Bathrooms were very clean. Room temperature was comfortable. Coffee and microwave available in the room. Hotel is close to the highway, making it a short distance to the casino, shopping, and fine food. The only negative was an afternoon clerk, watching TV in a nearby room. We located her for information regarding the next day's breakfast, which she could not answer. We opted to take instant oatmeal to our room.
