During my career as an airline pilot, I accumulated an impressive collection of "bad hotel" stories, with which I still enjoy amusing friends and family. Unfortunately, my recent stay at the HIE Bentonville failed miserably to provide me with any new material! May 20, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Water problem - but it was corrected We checked in early - about 12:30pm. They were able to find us an empty room but as we were leaving the Registration Desk they said "Oh, by the way, the water is out ....but it should be back on soon". Soon turned out to be 4:00pm - the deadline we had set for leaving for another hotel! The room was typical for a Holiday Inn Express - comfortable but nothing to get too excited about. Breakfast was good - what I expect from a HI Express. April 7, 2013

Everyone in my company always stays here as well and we all continue to do it because it's a great hotel. The price is right, the staff is friendly, the rooms are great, the beds are AWESOME, and the breakfast is great too ... really there is nothing bad about this hotel. Always come out very glad that I stayed there. April 4, 2013

Upon checking in we were told if we up graded we could earn an additional 1000 priorty points. After viewing our priorty statement these 1000 points have not been credited. Please credit the points.
