Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Immer etwas besonderes Die Nähe zum Flughafen Schönefeld und natürlich das Vertrauen zur Marke HOLIDAY INN waren ausschlaggebend für die kurzfristige Buchung. Da der Flug bereits um 7.30 Uhr startete bin ich abends zuvor im Hotel angereist. Da die Buchung sehr kurzfristig war hatte ich so gut wie nichts dabei. Kein Problem - Holiday Inn ist ja für solche Fälle gerüstet. Dass die Einwegrasierer mit äußerster Vorsicht zu nutzen sind ist im Hotel nichts neues. Dass keine Zahnbürsten verfügbar sind überraschte dann doch etwas. So etwas "gehört doch dazu"? Aber Holiday Inn wäre nicht Holiday Inn wenn nicht bewährte Mitarbeiter am Start wären! Der Flughafenshuttle brachte kurzerhand Zahnbürste und Zahncreme von der nächsten Tankstelle mit! Dankeschön! Das ganze für 7€ kostet zwar mehr als im Laden - aber der Service ist es wert. Die Nähe zum Flughafen wird bei der Rückkehr etwas strapaziert. am Flughafen angekommen wendete ich mich an die Nummer des Shuttle. Leider erst Start am Hotel in einer halben Stunde plus ca. 10 Minuten Fahrtzeit. Für knapp 3km nicht schön. Ich habe dann den Ärger mit dem Taxifahrer in Kauf genommen. Der gute Mann steht lange Zeit und wartet, um dann eine ordentliche Fahrt zu machen. Nicht für 3km zum nächsten Hotel. Ansonsten sehr gute Lage, sehr motivierte und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Smokers beware Even though I booked a smoking room on the Holiday Inn website, The hotel receptionist tried to charge me an extra €10 "cleaning charge". I complained that, if this charge is mandatory, it should be clearly stated when making the booking, not when the guest arrives. Eventually, after much complaining from me, they agreed to waive the charge. I won't be using Holiday Inn again. June 14, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nothing to complain about We stayed for three nights at the Berlin Airport Conference Center and had a really good time. We were travelling with our two little boys, and even though we were "Daydreams"-guests (which means we payed for meals only, not for accomodation), the staff were exceptionally friendly and nothing was too much trouble. On arrival our toilet was not quite clean, but that was dealt with immediately. We were given a nice room that was big enough for the four of us, they had a play area in the restaurant and a great playground in front of it and took great care with laying the table for the Kids as well and making their stay as agreeable as it was for us grown-ups. Especially the meals were marvellous. For breakfast the buffet held well near everything one could possibly want. In the evenings we were usually invited to partake of the special event that was on that day, like barbecue or steaks. And the food really was excellent, we enjoyed each meal hugely. In addition they offer a free shuttle service to the airport or train station which was perfect for us as we did not bring our car. There were no problems with any noise from the nearby airport. All in all we had a wonderful stay in Berlin and were completely satisfied with our hotel. The only reason why we could not quite relax was because of all the things we wanted to see and do ... Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Staff member blew it for me I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past and have always enjoyed but the actions of one member of staff towards me in the restaurant has really made me decide never to use this hotel again. I did raise the issue with a duty manager who to be honest was pathetic but then eventually the catering manager came along and restored my faith a little but still leaves me wanting.... May 13, 2013

Restaurant was good, but a bit expensive.. Internet was free as a Priority Club member. I will stay here again. C. Sontag May 10, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Stammgast Sehr schönes Hotel. Zimmer ausreichend groß und modern eingerichtet. Viele TV Sender, tolles Bad. Nicht zu vergessen das sehr gute Frühstück!!! Lage sehr gut, schnell zu erreichen. Einzig das Parken in der Tiefgarage ist etwas teuer. April 28, 2013
