Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Recent Stay March 12/13 I am a Platinum HI member - staying over 50 nights a year in HI properties. I usually stay at HI Express. Over the last month I have stayed in two Holiday Inns. One in Biloxi and one in Tucson. I always thought HI properties were supposed to be a step up from HI Expresses. But both HI properties were a disappointment. The TV's were not flat screen - the towels were small and thin - the available restaurant was meager at best - and the overall property not as up to date as you would expect. The beds were not as good. Guess I'll just stay at HI Expresses from now on. March 21, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by no key and no kleenex and freezing room got in late after super bowl and keys did not work and manager on duty had to let us in the room with a master key. the room was freezing and had to raise the temperature. no kleenex in bathroom so had to use toilet paper. got up next morning and left for oir flight from mobile,al. would stat there again beceause room was clean and we only needed a place to sleep February 10, 2013
