Able to sit in a nice area and visit with colleagues or other customers of the hotel. The outdoor area is very pleasant to relax in. May 10, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Stay - untrusting cleaning staff overall my stay was good. only room left was a queen suite which was nice. went to check out and leave town and remembered i left my I-Pod on the counter. I called the front desk that day and a few days after and none of the cleaning staff turned it in to the front desk. Pretty sad that the cleaning people won't turn in lost items from a room. It is not like i dropped it on the floor or anything like that... I walked in my room and set it right on the counter next to the door. Lesson learned the hard way!! April 29, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Kick Back and Relax I have now stayed at the property for 12 nights so far this year and with associates that I have booked, we now have a combined 27 nights. Every night has been relaxing and it's one of the first hotels where I have actually slept the first night. The staff is fantastic from making the reservation, check in, breakfast, social hour to check out. The only thing that I would critique at all would be the cleaning staff. They seem to be all over the place when setting up the room. The first time I stayed there was complimentary popcorn, laundry bag, dish washing soap plus dish washer detergent. Last time there it was missing completely along with all of the dishes in the dishwasher. I mentioned it to the front desk and they were extremely apologetic. The rooms are very clean and well kept and being a new property, I write it off to growing pains. I would recommend it highly and plan on staying here again for my next trip to Bismarck. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful Hotel My husband and I were impressed the moment we walked in the door. Very beautiful decor, friendly staff, and a large quiet room. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise! Not your ordinary free breakfast. The evening social with the light meal was very nice as well. We stayed for 3 nights and only ate out twice! The hotel is right down the road from Red Lobster, we felt it was a nice and convenient location for our needs. We will definately recommend this hotel! April 18, 2013

We enjoyed the 2 evenings spent in the dining room taking advantage of the snacks provided and free beverages. Was very quiet and restful. thank you! March 21, 2013
