We were stayed at this hotel for a family wedding. It was great-the room was beautiful and roomy for our family of three. The bathroom was very nice but could use another light. The breakfast area was big enough for the flow of people when we were there. I also liked that it had a very casual feel to the space-so that if I wanted to come down in the evening to escape my family, I could without feeling like I shouldn't be there.
The staff were also very helpful and friendly. While I didn't use the pool, my husband and son did and they seemed to enjoy it.
The only suggestion I have is for directions and signage. We were coming from Pittsburgh and the street address didn't come up on our GPS. We ended up going past the driveway into the hotel. Better signage off the main road would be helpful.

Accomodations were wonderful, hope our next visit to Bradford is longer so that we can enjoy the fitness room too!

have stayed in hotels all over america this was one of the top two that i stayed at. friendly service and the staff went above the call of duty to take care of my needs. the staff needs to be praised for their kindness and hometown atmosphere they project when you stay
there.

Our room was nicely decorated with modern decor, comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff was terrific too and made sure a few minor requests were taken care of right away (slightly later checkout and wake-up call). I'll be staying again for sure if I'm in town.

This is not my first say here. Most have been good, this time we listened to the guest next door snore all night. This was unbelievable. At first we were not sure but that is what it was.hard to believe the walls are that thin. Never had that happen before. Also need better signage out front. Very hard at night to see the road entrance. Have almost turned into the expressway. Staff is still learning.

This is the BEST hotel stay we have had in 10 years!!! Everything was Great!!! There were smiling faces everywhere we looked. The pancake machine is so cool.

I would have to rate this hotel as one of the best Holiday Inn Express hotels that I have stayed in. Staff is very helpful, rooms are very nice and the breakfast has a lot of variety. I would recommend this hotel over others in the area.

Our recent stay at Holiday Inn Express in Bradford, Pa was an overall pleasant experience. We do have a few recommendations that would enhance the experience just a bit.
1. FRESH BAKED COOKIES. Upon arrival, we were given "goody bags" at the front desk. They contained a water bottle, bag of chips, and something else. We have stayed at other Holiday Inn Express's that gave you a bottled water & freshly baked cookies in a bag #your choice of chocolate chip, oatmeal# that seemed more personal and comforting after a long journey.
2. FASTER ACCESS TO INCIDENTIALS. While at the front desk, a man came to the front desk and asked for soap because he did not have any in his room. The desk clerk took a very long time, like 5 minutes to try to find this item for him. There is note in the room that says if you need anything you forgot, get from front desk. It needs to be readily available to the clerk, quickly.
