Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone Well I was supposed to stay to a month but I ended my stay and left after two weeks Honestly I could not handle the smell of the indoor pool and the discovery of a daily stain on my pillows , quilts and mattress Moreover there is not safe box in the room !!!! I wonder what hotel still does not have a safe box !!!! And upon checking with the reception they said that the safe box is with them ! Really ?!? Last but not least I could not relax in my room because the swimming pool is in the lobby !!!! And the noise of the kids swimming is all over the place Finally for a corporate rate there is no breakfast !!! Really ?!?!? Have you checked what other hotels are offering for corporate members ??? In short not a good place to stay !!!!! May 18, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Different Experiences The rooms vary from new-ish to worn. I was in a worn room; worn carpet and the light sockets in the bathroom were loose and intermittent when I tried to use the hair dryer. The internet was down for over 24 hours during my stay, which impacted my ability to get my work done before the meetings at the vendor. I travelled with two coworkers. We all had government per diems. Both received paper slips for free breakfasts and asked why I hadn't come down to the dining room. I didn't get any free slips-- last time I was there, simple scrambled eggs with toast cost me $15 (not including tip.) April 24, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Indecision I approached Lobby staff to inquire about ,my previously included breakfast per my corporate rate on all previous stays. Staff left a note for the Morning Manager to inquire on my behalf so I could adjust my schedule in pursuit of Breakfast. Night Staff left a note for Morning Staff whom left a note for Morning Manager and told me that they did not know if they could allow me the previously complimentary Breakfast and that the Morning Manager would not be available until 10AM, By then I was due to check out and be on my way to my assignment in town. I've still received no follow up from the "Morning Manager" and alerted my company to the staff notification that we no longer were granted the Breakfast with our corporate rate/agreements. This hotel is old with new TV's in the room, I can stay at the Hampton down the street. I am disappointed that the staff could not make a judgment call to offer a voucher for Breakfast to a repeat guest. I will recommend Corporate change their selections in Brampton. March 20, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst ever place that I have stayed. The first time entered to the room, toilet was not working well. The shower kept leaking after taking shower... There were too much noise at night from the traffic. The receptionist was not friendly: he did not know how to smile to a guest. I wished to see a warm welcome after 6 hours of driving... Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Unexpected stay I had to stay in Brampton unexpectedly. I found my self at this hotel where they accommodated me with no problems. Clean room, fair price and a good breakfast. All was good to start the next leg of my journey. February 11, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Terrible Experience My wife had a very important meeting the next morning of our stay and all we heard was the wind opening and closing the window and someone opening and slaming either the emergency exit door or there room door all night long and did not get any sleep at all told the front desk and they had said they would contact the manager to call us at our residence later that night which we had not received a call at all. I stay at the Holiday Inn at almost every city I travel to with my work and was not at all pleased with the response and service I received at your Holiday Inn in Brampton. February 7, 2013
