Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by This is where i stay in Sioux Falls I travel adn stay in the area at least 20 day and up to 120 days a year. I ahve enjoyed this hotel for the past 3 years. It is clean and the staff has been helpful. I do not use the entertainment part of the hotel . But have taken in their week night get togethers. They are a nice way to meet others that are staying at the hotel. Another positive item about the hotel is it's location. It is near the freeway, gas and a decent set of resteraunts. May 2, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Experience My wife and I were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite. We are Priority club members, but not every hotel upgrades. The staff was very pleasant to work with, the room was great. Will definitely stay here again. April 1, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Place to Say This was our first trip to the Brandon Holiday Inn, but won't be out last. We were trying to stay in Sioux Falls at one of the hotels with a waterpark but they were sold out. We thought we would try this and we could not have made a better decision. The pool was the primary reason for staying and it did not disappoint. The waterslide was great for anyone 48 inches or taller. Ous son was 50, so it was perfect. About every hour they close the slide to play in the pool and shoot hoops. Smaller play area for little children and a large hot tub. No children allowed in the hot tup and in was enforced. The rooms were decent sized with wireless internet, so was also able to get some work done. The breakfast each morning had a large variety of hot and cold items to choose from. Several fast foods resturants in town, alsoTailgaters, which is a sit down large variety restuarant. We drove into Sioux Falls one day and did some shopping also. We will stay again! March 15, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Rude staff, noise in hall, early housekeeping I stayed here for my daughters birthday for one night. I booked online using my debit card. I had staff call me the next day saying something was wrong with the card when I called them back to ask them to run it again they said they would call me back after running it and never did. I had to call them the next day to make sure it went through. The front desk ladies were not very friendly as I expected since the first time I called them for some information about the hotel they were not friendly in telling me information. When we arrived we did not feel welcomed the lady that checked us in was not really talking to us just checking us in. She as well did not cover much information other than the security code for the internet. That night there was extremely loud banging somewhere in the hall that woke my husband and I up and it lasted about 15 minutes but it was extremely disturbing. The next morning I took my kids swimming at 8 am the life guard on duty was ridiculous. I had my nephew with me who I asked the lifeguard if I could go down one time with him since he was scared and he said yes never measured his height nothing. I ended up going down four times with him and the lifeguard never said anything. Then he wanted to go down by himself and the lifeguard stopped him to measure his height and said he was just shy of 48 inches. This confused my nephew and he was in tears. When I confronted the lifeguard he said he told me I could go down once with him. Well I asked him why he didn't stop us the other three times and he just said I don't know. I told him I never asked him to go down the slide with me once because he was a little short but because he was scared. In the beginning I had no idea he couldn't even go down the slide. This was very upsetting for my nephew and me as well. He needs to be retrained. When we left the pool we were approaching the door for our room as a housekeeper was knocking on it saying room service. I asked the housekeeper what time check out was because I was under the impression it was 11 am. She asked another housekeeper as she laughed about it. This is very rude as she was going to open my door to see if anyone was in there. They should not be allowed to try to enter until 11 am. The water park equipment was dirty looking had white crud all over it and the rooms were OK did not walk in and feel a sense of cleanliness. I will not be referring this hotel to anyone I know and will never stay here again. March 11, 2013

They are all very friendly, greet me by my first name when I walk in the lobby. They have a happy hour on Tueday and Wednesday night, beer and wine and some snacks. A good relaxing way to end the day! December 19, 2012
