Needed a quick place to stay in Brooklyn for one night - as a priority club member found this brooklyn downtown. Staff was super friendly - room was nice although a tad small - breakfast in the morning was awesome pancake maker was great - parking was easy and safe ($24).
Would for sure stay again next time in Brooklyn.

My husband & I spent 5 nights with you over this past Memorial Day Weekend. Although we had read that the rooms were small and noisy (and they were), the entire hotel was very clean and our bed was comfortable. The staff was remarkable. Everyone greeted us with a smile and did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. One morning I was in the lobby waiting for my husband. I was on my iPad and accidentally left it on a bench in the lobby. Later in the day I realized it was missing and searched high & low in the room without finding it. Finally in desperation I went downstairs to the lobby and asked if anybody had turned on in. The two night staff gave me nice smiles and better yet, gave me back my iPad. I was so impressed!!! Whatever you guys are doing you are doing it right. It was a pleasure to stay with you and we will always stay with you in the future.

I was in Brooklyn visiting a family member and found that there was not a lot of choice close to her apartment. The price of the Holiday Inn was very reasonable so I booked feeling that at least I had not spent too much money on what I was anticipating would be a very generic, non descript hotel.
However once I was inside (it does not look very special from the street) I was met by warm, friendly efficient staff, enjoyed a comfortable, clean room with excellent temperature control and a very decent breakfast (especially when taking account of the price.)
I will certainly stay there again and would also recommend it as a reasonably priced base for a visitor to NY. The subway is close and, at night, the cab fare from lower Manhattan was less than $13.00

Clean, comfortable, exactly what I expected. The staff was welcoming and genuinely concerned for guest. Brian was amazing, his customer service skills should be mimiced throughtout your organization. I am looking forward to my next stay.

The hotel is in a great location, only a few blocks from the BARCLAY CENTER, surrounded by a mix of old and new Brooklyn and is within walking distance of Prospect Park, The Brooklyn Museum and Brooklyn Library. The entire hotel staff was friendly and helpful which really made our short stay special and enjoyable. We will be back!

The customer service in this hotel was good but the ability to solve guest to guest issues is the problem.
We stayed her for 5 nights and the greeting was great and we were pleased with things but a group of guests disturb our sleep on more than one occasion because they we having conversations in the hall way rather than in their rooms as I guess their roommates/partners were sleeping and when the hotel staff were contacted, they said they would send someone to deal with it but know one showed up and when we went to speak to some one at the reception about it, they suggest for us to move rather than address the room that was in the wrong.
We didn't want to move and forced their hand to at least talk to the other room.

This hotel is EXTREMELY crowded! And people slam doors all night long. It's not just the door, the metal "safety bar" on the door clangs too. There is a lot of desk staff, but no one was able to complete my check-out properly. I had to call 3 times after I returned home to get things straightened out.
