All the staff is extremely friendly especially Raj. I booked my stay through the website and everything went smoothly. When I first walked in I was surprised on how nice the lobby area was. Very up to date! My room was very nice, clean and bed was comfortable. The pool was nice, I was mislead that there was a hot tub but later came to find they had to remove it when they remodeled. The breakfast was impressive! Very Nice accommodations I will be back!

The lobby and breakfast areas have been updated but the rooms are dismal. There was an unpleasant odor in the first room and when I moved to another room, on a different floor on opposite side, the same odor was still there. The staff were wonderful but I wouldn't stay there again until the rooms have been cleaned up and remodeled

The NEW Third Floor is greatly done. Loved the new rooms and the new changes to the hotel.

The room was very comfortable, and the amenities just what I needed.
The bed was perfect before a long flight next day, providing a good sleep and rest

Overall amenities similar to all other Holiday Inn Express's. While a 3rd floor was added recently, we got a room on the 2nd floor which had not been updated (but was still clean and comfortable).
The best thing was that my kids and others were able to hang out in the Social lounge on the 3rd floor. This room was great. We picked up food from local resturants and there were tables, couch, chairs, computer, and a big TV. The kids had space to do their thing and the adults were able to chat and watch TV. It also had a kitchenette.
If you were having a group, not just a business group, this lounge would be a great get together place.

We stayed for one night before leaving from the Cleveland airport. We accidentally left a sweatshirt in the room. When we called, the desk clerk was very unhelpful. He said that they throw away anything that was left and that they didn't have a lost and found. After some consideration, we called back and asked to speak to the manager. The same man said he was the manager when we called back. This time he said that they had a lost and found but they only save things for 2 days and throw them away on Sundays. (We called within the 2 day window on a Sunday). After repeated requests, he finally agreed to ask the housekeeper, even though he said she wasn't there that day. In a couple minutes he came back on the line and said that there wasn't anything left in the room. While the hotel itself was nice, the uncaring and unhelpful clerk on duty on March 24 was a poor example of customer service. Even though a missing sweatshirt might not be a big deal to him, it was a personalized team sweatshirt that was easily identifiable and had sentimental value to us. I would expect better from a Holiday Inn.
