breakfast on my second visit in late May- breakfast - eggs only; no biscuits-no gravy. No meat - bacon or sausage. Eggs had hard chunks in them; also slightly burned.
Air conditioner not working on first assigned room- desk clerk WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL IN GETTING ANOTHER ROOM-THANKS.

Our large family group booked rooms for college graduation. Reservation was made well in advance, and all was in order. Front desk staff was extremely helpful and accommodating to our numerous requests. Miss Catherine was knowledgeable and friendly and made all of us feel at home. Location for WTAMU activities can't be beat. Breakfast staff and food quantity seemed under stress from overbooked hotel, and hostess was a little testy with some of the guests, but otherwise absolutely everything was excellent. We have stayed here often during the past four years and will stay here again if we are ever in the area.

Lovely rooms with really nice linens, high end toiletries, great service. Nice indoor pool but no chlorine smell in lobby. Nice eating area & lobby. Staff in charge of breakfast was very helpful & accomodating. We have stayed at this hotel several times & it is always a joy. Thank you Edgar & staff!!

Overall, the room was very clean and the employees very helpful. However, when I made the reservation, I thought I was reserving a room with two queen beds. I've stayed at many Holiday Inn Express locations and clearly the beds in Canyon were smaller in width than queen size beds at other HI Express locations. My husband traveled with me on this trip and we were both very uncomfortable. As a result, we were unable to get much rest during our stay.

I always stay at Holiday Inn Express and have been a Priority Club Gold Member for about 5 years. This hotel was well below average, and the customer service was poor. I was not even acknowledged as a gold member. Did not receive and perks whatsoever. Parking was almost impossible as well.

We stayed in the King Suite with a two man jetted tub, and steam shower. The two room suite had 3 flat screen TV's one facing the tub. Very nice. Great service, great breakfast. Top of the line for anywhere!

The facility was the least clean of all the recent stays I did in the Holiday Inns. The front desk clerk litterly had nothing to say, not friendly and had the attiude he did not want to be there. Breakfast was also the least desiable that we experienced on our 9 day trip. The room we stayed in had not had the floor vacumed under the chairs or desk . The price was the highest we paid in all of the Inn's we stayed in.
