Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by GREAT customer service As a military member in the middle of another move, it was incredible checking into this hotel at almost 10pm to receive what I can say is the most heartfelt welcome that I can remember. Normally I've found it nice if someone is at the desk at that time of night. In this case, not only was someone there but the lady gave me and my family an incredible welcome. She made the stay AWESOME just with her attitude. My family all noticed it and it picked up our spirits. Thank you!!! May 3, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Excessive Noise in the Room I had booked my Room for 3 nights and the first night was fine, but during the second night, around 10 pm, there was excessive noise from outside the room. After ignoring it for about 1 hour, I went outside to hotel to investigate and found the exhaust fans in the room between mine and the front lobby was running. I spoke to the front desk and they offered to move me, but suggested that the Dryers were running and that they would turn them off, which reduced the noise. However, it started again around 5 am. I checked out of the hotel early for this reason and expressed my concern to the Assistant Manager. I suggested that they should post certain hours for the Dryer to run and she said "WE ARE TOLD NOT TO RUN THE DRYERS WHEN WE HAVE GUEST IN ROOM 105". This was shocking as I had paid a full rate for that room and someone could be so careless. I will commute fro/to Florence, but will not stay at this hotel! March 22, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by breakfast and decor first the decor is fine and looks nice .. but there is a large dresser directly in front of the elevator on all floors .. the area would look fine with out and a lot more wheelchair friendly .and people friendly too . second.. breakfast was good but i had to go to the front desk and ask for things 2 times . and the last time the gal came over .never washed her hands and was preparing food ,,, i think you should hire someone to handle the breakfast only .. the desk clerk was busy checking people out and she was jumping back and forth ..and the service at both jobs was diminished ... This hotel is wonderful, but the shower heads are either dribbling out so that you have to be against the wall to get wet, or the water comes out with such force that it blasts your skin off and is downright painful!! There is no middle ground on this shower head either - its dribble or death! ICG Hotels - get with the program and replace those horrible shower heads! January 21, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great place I stayed here just by chance - I looked on my phone for the nearest Holiday Inn and this came up on my way home. It was the first holiday inn express where the check-in was definitely the best ever as a priority award member. Instead of giving me what they expected I should have, they gave me a choice of options - candy, chips or crackers and a bottle of water. That was a first of all of the holiday inn hotels I have stayed in. I usually refuse the prepackaged tokens of appreciation because they contain items I do not like. SO to give me the option to choose, they earned my kudos of going above and beyond. Now with that said, the other aspects of this hotel exceeded my expectations -- it was quiet and far enough away from the highway, so I got a great night of sleep. I didn't check out Breakfast - so I can answer much regarding that. The room & bed was very comfy & quiet and the bathroom was very clean. Just a great hotel to stop at on my way back home from work.
