I have been here for nine months on a 14/14 day work time. The entire time has been a pleasure with all aspects. The staff is very pleasent and the food is great, after this much time one would think that some negative points would be apparent, but not here. I would recommend this stay to all and say " Hi" to Chef Jerry. The stay will be pleasent.

I've been a Priority Club Member since '96. Everything was fine except the relationship between the bar tender and the two wait staff wasn't good. The bar tender was too busy visiting and although the bar was almost empty the bar tender was too busy to get the drinks out. The location is poor because of the trash you have to travel past on your way to the hotel.

I really enjoyed my experience with Holiday Inn in Channelview.
Everything was perfect. The room was clean, the staff was very professional and the food was excellent. I will definitely refer this hotel to all of my friends.

Pro: Very nice Holiday Inn Express location, one of the best I’ve stayed in over the years. Room service and food was great.
Con: Surrounding the location is bare however there is restaurant inside hotel. Closest fast food restaurants and/or convenient stores are about 2 miles. Large shopping centers and restaurants within 5 minutes if you Sam Houston Freeway.

We reserved a room with two queen size beds and ended up with a roll away standing straight up and a king size bed. We ask for an important wake up call (drove 10 hours for an interview) and did not receive a wake up call. Was told I could not get my points for the stay and the man was rude to my sister. I called the priority club and was to be contacted by the hotel in 48 hours and was not contacted at all.
