The room was great, comfortable bed, nice size television, and the view from the 11th floor was amazing. Thanks once again for all the specials we received for our anniversary stay. May 3, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Very helpful staff, updated room, expensive Staff very helpful and well mannered. Rooms were outdated, walls very thin. No minibar, only vendor machines at floor, that is not what I expected in a 4 star hotel. It gives the hotel a "motel" and cheap atmosphere. I could accept that for a cheaper price, but not for the price I paid. I know that a renovation is expected, but, at least, make cheaper prices until renovation is done. April 26, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent service! I stayed at the Crowne Plaza last week for an educational conference. The staff is very friendly and professional. The front desk staff is courteous and efficient. The housekeeping staff is wonderful and went out of their way to get me an extra item I had requested. I especially liked dining in the Chambers Grill. The bar and wait staff were so friendly. They made me feel right at home. The food was excellent. I dined there the first night because I was too tired to go out and I ended up coming back because it was so good ! Overall, my stay was very pleasant. The only negative thing I would say is that the carpet in the room was old and should be replaced. I understand that the hotel is having some refurbishment done and this should fix the problem. The work out facilities were a little small for the size of the hotel. April 24, 2013

Rooms were outdated with no refrigerator and thin walls as we were kept up all night by guests talking and laughing next door till 5 am. No complimentary breakfast or coffee in lobby. Extra parking fee at 10 per night was a disappointment. March 31, 2013
