Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Pets on 6th Floor and first floor My wife and I are allergic to pet dandruff. We were on the 6th floor which was supposed to be pet free. When we left our room we saw a dog in the hallway that was urinating on the hallway carpet. We also saw a dog on the first floor. We wondered why our allergies were spoiling the trip to Chattanooga and now we know. It was the exposure to the pets on our floor and in the hotel that resulted in the allergy systems. Upon checking out of the hotel tell, I advised the Manager of the bad experience mentioned above. She did not attempt to make it up to us in any, but to say, I am sorry. Sincerely, April 8, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very nice hotel! I have no complaints about this hotel. The room was very clean. The breakfast buffet was great, it had lots of choices. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only issue I had was the location. It was hard trying to leave the parking lot with the heavy traffic. Other than the traffic, it was a great stay. February 22, 2013
