Very friendly staff and we were given a very warm and genuine welcome. Fully recognized as a priority club member, and given a wonderful goody bag with candy, lotions, popcorn, water, etc.
Suite lovely and clean with a hot tub, flat screen TV, microwave, sink in room and all the usual extras that come with a quality HI Express.
Will definitely stay again.

I stay over 200 plus days a year in Hotels and over half in Holiday inns. This is on my top 2 list the service is always great and the rooms are very comfortable.

Yes there is a train, but it did not bother us, think only once.
Very comfortable, clean, and beds were very comfortable.
Breakfast was very nice, good choices. We will stay again when in the area.
We got the last two cookies, wish there had been a couple more!

Everything at the hotel is fine, but you know you are in trouble when there are earplugs in the bathroom. The train seems to blow the whistle at all time during the night, which causes a restless night of sleep. If you are a heavy sleeper, you will like this location. All other amenities are great, but you feel like your sleeping on the tracks!

I chose this hotel because of its convenient location just off I-5 south of Olympia. I was heading home to Oregon after a late ferry from Whidbey Island and needed a comfortable room, a hot shower, and a good night's sleep. The hotel met all my expectations. The room was clean and pleasant, the hallway was quiet, and the breakfast was nicely presented and quite satisfying. I felt the rate was very reasonable.

I stayed here for a few days while in the area for work and the staff was incredible. They were really upbeat and made you feel welcome. The room was very neat and clean and you can tell the cleaning staff take pride in their job. Great place to stay if you are in the area.

We have stayed here several times and have had great experiences every time. The building is new so at first there were not so many other patrons. This last time the parking lot was full, but we had the same great service as we had from the start. Our room still looked like new, breakfast was magnificent and the service was superb. Located right off the freeway, shopping and dining just a short drive away. The best value in the area.
