Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Non smoking room? reserved a nonsmoking room. could clearly smell smoke in room upon arrival. Called front desk, room was sprayed when we stepped out, upon return could still faintly smell smoke, ashes on far bedspread and cigarette butt in toilet.(hadn't previously been in bathroom) Room appeared clean so who smoked there and left their cigarette butt behind? Either the bathroom wasn't totally cleaned or someone with a key had a smoke. then requested a late check out in the am and was allowed a whole 30 minutes extra, not sure if I would stay again? I called the following week while I was rearranging my business plans, hoping to stay again - the manager waived my no-show fee for the room, which was very generous. Thanks so much!
