The workout room had cardio equipment I use in proper working condition. Overall good value and would stay here again. April 21, 2013

I am sure that if I would have mentioned this they, they would have taken care of the situation. The food at the hotel that I ordered was horrible and I will not be eating there again. I did not mention this to the staff either or I am sure it would have been taken care of. April 3, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Ok place in Chico We stay here when visiting our college student. It's the median price range for a decent hotel there. There are some flaws, such as a "breakfast" that is simply awful, and this time the Pay-per-view TV viewing did not work, despite attempts by the front desk to fix it. That was a disappointment. But the gym is nice, the beds are comfy, and the staff efficient. So we'll keep coming back. March 15, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Hospitality Plus My nephew Brandon was struck by a drunk driver Dec 8 in Chico CA and admitted to the Nuero Trauma Center at Enloe Medical Center. He was critically injured and has been in a coma since Dec 8th. We called the Holiday Inn at Chico and tried to reserve a room for my sister and her family to stay in as they dealt with this tragedy. I wanted to pay for the rooms but there is a policy that you had to physically present the card upon check in. With my sister family completely physically and emotionally drained, I wanted them just to be welcomed and given keys to the rooms we rented. We called and then we were transferred to an 800 reservation # who couldn't process our request due to the card presentation policy. The Desk Clerks Jenny and Sarah were so kind and understanding about our situation, We told them what was going on and what we wanted to do and they found the forms we needed, faxed them to us and had everything ready for my sister to walk in and occupy the rooms we rented for them My family was so happy to have the rooms and loved the welcome and understanding they received when they arrived. It meant so much to me to be able to provide the rooms for them. Clean beds, clean rooms and linens and, comfortable beds gave them a respite from the hospital setting they had been in. When I arrived to check in for another 2 nights, my cell phone was dead. I asked the Desk Clerk Ravi Kolli if there was an iPhone dock radio in the room to charge phones or a loaner charger I could use. He apologized that there wasn't and went into the back and brought out his own personal charger for me to use for the night. He also got me a razor and shaving cream. Things I had forgotten in my rush out the door. I thought you should know what a wonderful team you have there in Chico.We are going through this terrible tragedy right now and the kindness, understanding and hospitality that your staff shown to my family during this event was truly appreciated. It was actually our wedding anniversary the night we got there and we couldn't have been treated better. God Bless you all. December 17, 2012
