This hotel has a exceptionally helpful staff. It was a pleasure to visit this motel. The rooms are very clean and have good lighting. The baths are clean and handy.

Stayed with visiting guests in 2 rooms on a week day. Nice hotel. Rooms were quite big and clean. Bath room was clean and shower was nice. I had not carried shaving cream (not allowed by TSA in carry-on bags in flights). I asked the front desk, but the lady at the front desk said they have run out of shaving creams! I returned the disposable razor she offered as I could not use it. Other than this, the stay was very comfortable and nice.

We had family in for a funeral and the accommodations provided by the Circleville Holiday Inn Express were excellent. The staff was cordial and professional, and the rooms were clean and up to date. To me it was clearly a good value for the price.

The service is excellent. They try to support your requests. I do feel it is a little costly for this area.

The room was large and very very comfortable. The staff were quite pleasant and amenable. The pool was nice and big. The beds were comfortable. We had issues with the cable TV and the front desk immediately came up to fix the problem. We were greeted with warm chocolate chip cookies when we arrived. really yummy
the only bad thing I can say is that the pool opens at 10am and that is too late for those checking out. The kids were disappointed they could not swim prior to our leaving.

I am originally from Circleville and only get back to visit every few years. I am happy I can rely on staying at the HIE. Excellent, convenient location. Nicely kept hotel. Grounds are welcoming. Rooms are clean and quiet and nicely furnished. Front desk staff pleasant and efficient. I have platinum elite status in Priority Club and am always upgraded without asking, and get to select the snacks I'd prefer at check-in. Could not ask for better.
