We came for a wedding last weekend and found this hotel to be a great choice. The bride worked with Carolina to secure a specific rate with breakfast. Having the car rental facility right at the hotel along with the shuttle was very convenient. The only thing that needed a bit more attention was the cleanliness of the room. We found a gum wrapper on the floor of our hotel room, my cousin found her toilet needed scrubbing, and we had only 2 littles square pillows on our king size bed.

Stayed at this hotel before and had a positive experience. Can't say the same for this stay. The hotel hosted a pool/billiard tournaments for the 5 days we were there. They converted lobby into tournament area which was awkward. The breakfast was low quality - powdered eggs. The people in tournament congregated at front door to smoke and drink. So you had to walk thru a haze of smoke every time you entered and exited the hotel. Not to mention having to watch people who had to much to drink during tournament and passed out on chairs in lobby. They even added an extra bar in the lobby. Just wish they would have alerted us about tournament - we would have stayed elsewhere. Room was still nice as before.

I was only there a short time, late arrival and early flight next morning. But the hotel was nice, very clean, and my room was plush and comfortable. I interacted with 4 employees, 2 at the front counter and 2 who drove the airport shuttle. They were all very personable and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed for two weekend nights and had a great experience. Food in the bar, breakfast area and banquet room was delicious. All personnel offered help and any request was well-received by the staff. I would stay here anytime.

We were moving into the area and needed a place to stay while we looked into homes in the area.
The staff made this hotel one of the best I have stayed in as a Priority Club member. They aimed to please and hit the bullseye!
I highly recommend this location.

The room was nice, well equipped and clean. Short stay & was unable to use the pool & workout room, but nice options.
The staff was friendly & helpful. We were particularly happy with the young man who took us-at no additional cost- to the airport in the wee hours. His helpfulness & cheerful demeanor were a Great way to start an early day!
