Young lady at the front desk was very helpful in that there was an overturned tanker which made it difficult for the most direct route to our destination, and she helped us with alternate directions. Also, the breakfast was very good. June 7, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great place to stay! My family stayed at this location this past weekend. From check-in to check-out, we had a great experience. From the manager, Cindy, and the young lady, Michelle, who checked us in, we were met with a smile and offered whatever was needed to make our stay comfortable. This location is extremely clean. It is located close to eating and shopping places that are needed. You can actually walk next door to the Longhorn Steak House. Even though it is located next to I-75 is is quiet. We travel quiet a bit and will definitely return to this location when we are back in the area. May 28, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Brand New!! Holiday Inn Express - Cleveland, TN This location was very new when we stayed, I was greeted warmly and my key card worked the entire time I was there. I was in Cleveland, TN for a training course. The wifi was excellent and the password and username located on the room key envelopes is the best way I have seen it done so far. The gym had brand new equipment in it. Would like to see some small free weights though, at least up to 50 lbs., unless having them is an insurance issue. There is a new Longhorn Steak House being added right next door to this location so dinners should be easy in the future once the location is opened. Other than training in Cleveland, TN its a very small town and me and my co-worker found the best gems in town. The CBC bar in down town which is only 10 minutes from the hotel in addition to the Bald Headed Bistro which is a 5 star restaurant, plan on spending money there, the elk tenderloin is magnificent. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Housekeeping I checked in to the hotel on Sunday with a group.. Returned to my room on Monday evening it looked like my sheets and cover were just pulled up on the bed. The trash wasn't emptied . Tuesday when I returned to my room nothing had been done. I called and had housekeeping come up and clean the room. Wednesday the room was ok. Thursday evening when I returned to my room I found a note on my bed saying that the sheets were changed (I have never got notes like this from housekeeping) there was still hair in my sink and NO COFFEE!! Others in my group also had issues but I am just speaking for myself. I travel for alot. This hotel has the worst housekeeping staff. May 6, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay Had a wonderful stay here. Stayed 3 nights and had a King size bed. Bed was very comfortable, shower and bath was great. Only problem I had was being waken up at 6 am by the garbage truck. Didn't try the breakfast since I didn't wake up until after 9:30. The room was spacious. Definitely would stay here again.
