It was very nice conversation with the staff. Everyone there offers there help to make you comfortable. Also, the lobby/eating area is always neat.

We stayed for our daughter's graduation at Ft. Jackson. The room was clean and very roomy. We had 2 double beds and pull out sofa. The staff were friendly and polite. The drive to the army base was 30 minutes in heavy traffic.. I would highly recommend this hotel !

The service is excellent. All staff are professional, friendly, and consistently seen working. The hotel and rooms are clean, updated, and uncluttered. This HI Express is an excellent value for the money. We recommend it without hesitation.

The dead bolt lock would not lock and we had to be moved to another room. Front desk staff kept trying to convince my wife that she was secure but she like for dead bolt to lock properly.

We have stayed at this location 10+ times in the last few years and have enjoyed an excellent stay on each occasion. The property has always been clean and the rooms are well maintained. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast area is always spotless and the attendant there is outstanding. She is courteous, always cleaning and making certain that the food options are fresh and full. This hotel is within walking distance of numerous restaurants, shopping mall and a movie theater. They also offer a complimentary pass to Golds Gym. I would recommend it to any business or leisure traveler.
