Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Wireless network was bad.
Our stay was in Room #745 all the way at the end of the hallway and our wireless connection was horrible. I could be connected while standing at the elevators but as I walked down the hallway and took that last turn before our room, I would lose it. That would be my only complaint. Otherwise, our room was clean and comfortable.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at the Crowne Plaza. The room was nice and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel was perfect for us.

The service I received was great. Appreciated the valet service which provided me with transportation back and forth to our Corporate HQ's along with the transportation to the airport. This was very convenient.
My room was outdated and there was a peculiar odor in bathtub area. I did report it and it was corrected.

My only complaint would be no continental breakfast. My daughter and I stayed all over the state for volleyball tournaments. This was the only hotel that didn't provide free continental breakfast.

Clean; Hospitable; Excellent stay. I wish I could have stayed longer. Treated Priority club members like gold. I assume they treat everybody the same.

One of your night staff went out of his way to help my husband when he went down to the service desk in the middle of the night with a low sugar reaction (he's a diabetic). He offered to go into the closed snack bar and get him something to eat and directed and took him to the 24 hour snacks. I would visit again just by the way you treat your customers. Your employee should be commended.

I have stayed here twice before, and this by far was the best stay. I was lucky enough to be placed on the executive floor, which seems to be remodeled. The room was very clean, modern and had a great view. The staff went above and beyond, especially the valet. They do no have a restaurant right in the hotel, but you can go next door to Max & Erma's and have it charged to your room. Overall, a great experience and I will stay here again.
