Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service and very relaxing We stayed there for 3 nights for a church conference . We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and the friendly staff. Rooms were very clean and the maid staff kept it that way every day. All staff were there to serve us in any way that we needed their assistance. The cleaning staff supervisor came tous personally everyday to ask if there was any thing we needed and if everything was to our expectation. I'll stay there again when I go back to that area. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Reception not friendly As i checked in, the comment was "you'll check in IF there's a room ready". No recognition as a Platinum Member, and while checking in another guest asked for dinning recommendations and a map, and you would of thought they asked for the world. The reply, no we don't have a map, and i don't know where you can eat. Also the annoyance of shaping my pillows into hard little balls each night was aggravating. Next time I'll find somewhere else to stay. April 26, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not a pleasant experience This Holiday Inn fails in comparison to other Holiday Inns. As a traveler across the Southeast region, I would not stay at this Holiday Inn ever again. The manager used unprofessional and crude words while expressing their displeasure of the staff while I was checking in. The room was dark, with water stained walls, the mattress protector was dirty and had many hairs on it, and the pillows were the size of a bag of chips with no form or comfort. March 11, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by customer service After driving 15 hours and get turned away for an adult beverage which is on display in the lounge for the second time in two weeks is not acceptable. then the attach lounge wanted to charge me a cover charge to retrieve a beer is absolutely unacceptable. the first visit with no food or drink was somewhat understandable with it being close to Christams. The next visit was not at all waht I expected form a Holiday Inn!!! January 21, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Unfriendly staff Holiday Inn Columbus MS was the unfriendliest Priority Club Hotel that I have stayed at. There was no recognition of me as a Platinum member and when I asked for dining assistance, they acted annoyed. Very disappointed in this hotel December 10, 2012
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Breakfast The Breakafsat is a joke Nothing on the bar and the waiter or attendant didn't seem to care. The Coffee in the loby was out also. I did get a Bisquit and Jelly and they charged me $6.00. This is the 2nd time I have stayed there in the last 6 months and it was the same both times. November 11, 2012
