Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice quiet room I was greeted warmly when I entered. I requested a nice quiet room and was very happy that they chose the end room on the second floor for my stay. It was indeed nice and quiet! My only complaint would be the air conditioning unit. It was very noisy. Luckily I only turned it on briefly to cool the room. May 8, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel for the area The hotel is a bit dated, with proof of this being the most evident down by the pool, where the wallpaper is peeling off from moisture. I didn't love the lower level with scenic views of a gravel road and tool shed - try to stay at least on the 1st floor. It is a nice, clean place with a very pleasant staff and a great value. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Service and perfect location. The staff accommodated our request to check in a bit early so we could change clothes before heading to the Hall of Fame. The front desk staff was helpful and quick to respond when we had any issues or questions that needed to be addressed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to someone visiting the Cooperstown area. April 22, 2013
