Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Buen hotel, pero con detalles en servicio El hotel tiene instalaciones acordes con la ciudad, buena decoracion en el cuarto, bonitos jardines y area de restaurant. El unico problema que tuve es que en un momento dado se fue la luz en el cuarto (en realidad del piso 2 para arriba) debido a que fallo un transformador externo, segun me comentaron en recepcion. Eso es entendible, el detalle es que mi cuarto no tenia luz de emergencia, ninguna lampara, tuve que esperar a que llegara personal de mantenimiento a que corrigiera la situacion. El problema se agrava porque estuve alrededor de 45 minutos esperando que cayeran en cuenta que en mi cuarto no habia luza de emergencia, ya que personal de recepcion indico que debia tenerla. Tenia una boda esa tarde y perdi tiempo. No senti en esta ocasion que como cliente nos dieran prioridad. March 22, 2013

Dos albercas templadas grandes, una con jacuzzi caliente y caidas de agua, realmente impactante. Vengo cada mes por trabajo y cuando puedo hasta traer a la familia... todos lo disfrutamos. El servicio de restaurante es muy lento, sólo para pagar tardas aproximadamente 30 minutos en lo que pides la cuenta y terminas de hacer el pago. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Priority Club Rewards / Platinum no valida en Mexico Creo que al tener Priority Club Rewards platinum y obtener las atenciones en cualquier parte del mundo USA , CHINA pero excepto en Mexico aqui siempre niegan el upgrade aun esten vacios , Si me gustaria que analizaran mis estancias en mexico y ver que nunca se me atendio como Priority Club Rewards Platinum y se me regresen los puntos , Como pueden ver en Canada USA y CHINA si los apoyan con su programa ( Ver mi historial ) , Vean como he reducifo mis estancias en H Inn y si me gustaria continuar con uds pero si deberian normalizar a MEXICO Holiday Inns / Crown Plaza y Demas para que continuen con la politica Mundial que es excelente October 5, 2012
