Everything about this property was great, particularly the accommodations, staff and location. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for an extended stay hotel. It beats all others hands down!!

Hey Guys,
I stayed in this hotel for 3 months last summer and had a good experience ranging from the front office team to shuttle service to room service. I am happy that every attempt was made to make the stay comfortable by the team.
Since I come from a corporate, I was offered a good price for long stay and I have recommended this property to our Admin team for all future corporate stays.
The only concern I had coming from a Asian community, I did not find the evening snacks worth. I would advice to keep the options wide keeping in Asians / Indians in mind too.
I would definitely recommend this property with a nice location, good rooms, friendly staff and delicious breakfast.

Passed through the Dallas area and was more than impressed by the quality of this hotel and friendliness of staff. This will be my first pick for a place to stay if we need to make an overnight stop again!

The staff at Staybridge is unequaled. They really go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The rooms that I have been in staying are very comfortable and clean. This makes it alway a pleasure to stay there.

I booked the rooms months in advance. I needed the 2 queen bed and got 1 king and a pull out sofa bed. They gave my room away for 1st night and promised it to be ready second night. It was not. By the third day theywas not expecting me to stay another night but again prepaid room for a total of 4 nights. They tried to charge me for the king bed room for 2 nights I really needed the 2 queen beds and sofa bed room. The hotel was nice and rooms as well. Never got my reservation figured out. I was forgotten and misplaced.Inever got the 5000 bonus points promised and the last night stay I finally got the 2 queen handicaped room. This is the first time as a priority club member I had been treated like a no one. I travel alot with my teens sports. I still do not know if I will come back to this location due to the lack of organization and general respect

We stayed in your hotel from wednesday october 24 to tuesday November 6, 13 nights.
During our stay, sheets have not been changed and the bathroom has not been cleaned. Only the towels were changed on a regular basis.
We had to claim several times;
The rooms are great and the staff is friendly.
