Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed My husband and boy,s went up for a get away weekend I booked a room with 2 double beds. When they got there they were given a room with 1 queen bed. Very disappointed they were not given the room I had booked. Hotel did give me $35. per night off room. But I still am upset , they had be all in that room with one bed, especially when I called she said she could she that the reservation said a double room. April 19, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Not good I'm a gold Priority club member and almost Platinum soon. I'm used to liking Holiday Inn all across North America. This one is by far the worst one I stayed at. I had two stays on two separate times at this location. There is no gym. I usually like to work out. The tiny room has 3 treadmills. That's it! No free breakfast. Almost all other hotels in Dartmouth that I stayed at include free hot breakfast. This one doesn't. No pool. No fun. The rooms are old. No new furniture or bathroom. Oh, and the room doesn't come with a fridge or a microwave. Usually, when I check in at a Holiday Inn, I get some cool free perks (because I'm a gold club member). The first time I checked in, they gave me two free water bottles (seriously?). And the second time I got nothing! April 2, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Fell short of expectations. The morning in room morning coffee sadly didn't happen. The previous occupants poured a made coffee into the water reservoir and was not cleaned out by room staff. The pillow marked "soft" wasn't the soft pillow, I usually ask for a feather pillow, but didn't this time. And, the tissue box ran out after just a couple, and wasn't replaced when the room was tended to. Reception provided us with a tea and coffee to go when I had mentioned the dirty coffee maker, thank you again. March 8, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Change I have stayed at this particular Holiday Inn on a few occassioins lately, and must say that the last stay was the MOST comfortable. I don't know if you recently got new beds, but the one I had this time was the most comfortable I have every had in your hotel. I usually don't look forward to staying there, but this time that was not the case. November 20, 2012
