We earn our money with consulting and training services. Rate was fairly high, credit card was booked days before my arrival, Check in was straight forward rude!! I was given a smokers room - even I requested a non smoker. Had to go down again to get things as requested. Morning Coffee was disgusting (Kaffee Creme / Espresso). This is not the international Holiday Inn Express Standard. Spend 3 Days, booked through the Holiday Inn Website because of customers idea. Never again!! May 2, 2013
