Great location with above excellent service. Service is always very good every visit. all amenities are fully functional although wireless internet could use major improvements, and online availibility should mirror onsite availibility (reserved suite was not availible). overall great stay!!!!

I think that after you reach Platium that the reward should be higher than a bag of cookies and 4 oz bottle of water.
The front desk evening shifts a=on my nites of stay there were very pleasan carla and keith. The morning shift could use some customer service skills, Like How are you? have a great day greeting would be nice. other than that housekeeprsa are excellent and Brekfast Hostess are very pleasant .

great night staff, wish could have beeen upgraded to suite, but room was clean and comfortable, variety in breakfast was missing compared to other stays here

The stay overall was fine. However the one negative was the terrible internet connection. Since the quality of connection varied from zero to poor, depending on time of day, I assume the LAN was way too small for the load..Whatever the reason we may not rebook there on our next trip. Our recommendation to anyone would be with a caution on the connection.

This location was convenient with close proximity to Cracker Barrell and Red Lobster. The room had some wear evident in the woodwork and closet design. However, we did sleep comfortably.

My overall experience at this motel has been one that I will never forget. The staff have been friendly and go above and beyond the call of duty. The rooms are clean and you can depend upon the staff to be courteous and friendly. Kudo's to Holiday in Express in Douglasville GA for a job well done

Great place to stay. Everything you need is right there. Beds where very nice to sleep on. Rooms big and clean. Enjoyed my stay. Staff was friendly and the house keepers also very nice and friendly. Will stay here again
