As ever, my stay was very enjoyable. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The staff were helpful and very pleasant, which is becoming quite a rare event these days.

Very friendly staff, perfect warm rooms, very clean shower room, well stocked bar & great choice at breakfast,, Cannot fault the place,, will definitely stay if we are in the area again,, we had our Mother in law with us on her first ever stay in a hotel, & you certainly managed to meet her high standards ! She can't wait for our next trip !!
Well done to everybody concerned,, we have stayed in similar brand hotels but the Holiday Inn has been the best by far !!

Just off the M5 and we were at our hotel after a long drive.
Nice welcome from the staff,rooms comfortable as in all holiday inn express,good breakfast and the added bonus of a pub and Indian restaurant opposite the hotel.
We will be staying again.

All the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant and went out of their way to ensure our rooms were ready promptly in order for us to get ready to attend a wedding.
The hotel facilities were excellent as was the breakfast.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially when we asked if breakfast could be served early as many of the guess would be leaving early to attend a show. So it was great to see that when we went for breakfast in the morning they had excelled themselves, not only was there cereal but hot breakfast as well. So thank you.

Easy parking, quick check in. Room very clean and quiet. Breakfast good, varied and hot. Coffee machine very good.

We use this Holiday Inn every time we need a stop over travelling south. It's really handy literally just off the M5 and we have always found it really good. It's really useful to have a very good pub restaurant next door as well.

Return visit to this little gem. Had two grandkids with me and they loved the "Maccies" accross the road and the 32" TV in the room. Spacious breakfast room with decent choice. If you are short of something to do there is a great Garden Centre just a mile away..Webbs..best one i've been to.
