Staff was very courteous and approachable. The hotel was a distance from shopping and difficult to get to. A typical airport hotel surroundings.

The Front Desk staff is so friendly and helpful. Travel is so stressful and it is so nice to be greeted with smiles and fast service. My room was very clean and comfortable. Thank you! I would highly recommend the Holiday Inn Dulles.

My husband and I ended our vacation of 2 weeks by returning to Dulles to fly out the next day. Holiday Inn Dulles graciously allowed a slightly early check-in . We then returned our rental car to the airport and got an immediate pickup and return to the hotel. The room was very comfortable and the hotel is equipped with a gym, laundry and gift shop. We appreciated the pub which is part of the property. We were tired and it was nice to get a good meal without having to go far. The staff was friendly and the ride to the airport was on time the next morning. I would say, be prepared. Unlike most of our stays with Holiday Inn, breakfasts here and in Baltimore were $5.00. Given the amount these two hotels charge it seems like a small thing to throw in a breakfast.

We usually stay at Holiday Inn Express, but the Dulles Airport Holiday Inn was pet friendly and the right price, so we gave it a go. We were so pleased with our decision. It was located near the airport, but not under the flight line and plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff was great and the hotel was updated nicely.
We really enjoyed our stay here and would happily stay here again.

Love this hotel.. I will stay here again. The food was not so good, quality and prices were not there. They need to update the rooms to match the outside.
